- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped cucumber
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chile sauce

- dash hot pepper sauce

- Blend all ingredients in medium bowl until thoroughly blended. Refrigerate dip 1 hr. before serving.
