- 1 c. Minute® White Rice, uncooked
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing
- 1/4 c. salad dressing
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 c. turkey, cooked and chopped
- 1-1/2 c. seedless red or green grapes, halved
- 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
- fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish (optional)
说明:
- Prepare rice according to pkg. directions.
- Combine dressings and curry powder in large bowl.
- Add rice and remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 30 min. or until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.
