原料:
- 3/4 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled with tails left on, deveined
- 1/2 c. HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. lite soy sauce
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
说明:
- Thread shrimp onto 4 skewers; place in shallow dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients until blended. Reserve half the ketchup mixture for later use; pour remaining ketchup mixture over shrimp.
- Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, turning skewers after 15 min.
- Heat grill to medium heat. Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade. Grill shrimp 3 to 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink, turning every 2 min. Serve with reserved ketchup mixture.
