原料:
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
- 1/4 c. golden raisins
- 2 Tbsp. pimento stuffed olives, thinly sliced
- cooked rice, as needed
- 1/4 c. almonds, toasted
说明:
- In large skillet over medium-high heat, saute turkey, onion, green pepper and garlic until turkey is no longer pink.
- Stir in sugar, cinnamon, cumin, cloves, tomatoes, apple, raisins and olives. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 to 20 min.
- Serve over rice and top with toasted almonds.
