- 8 lb. fully-cooked boneless ham
- 1 18-oz. jar apricot preserves
- 2 oz. slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
说明:
- For glaze, in a small bowl stir together well preserves, almonds, raisins and lemon juice.
- Place ham in a shallow roasting pan. Bake in a 325°F oven for 2 hours (allow 15 minutes per pound) or until thermometer registers 140°F. Spoon glaze over ham once or twice during the last 30 minutes of cooking time. Slice thinly to serve.
- Nothing could be easier than serving a boneless ham. Dress yours up with this easy and tempting glaze. Serve Cranberry Waldorf Salad, roasted potatoes, Green Beans with Glazed Onions, and dinner rolls.
