原料:
- 1 Tbsp. grated lime zest
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1-1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 Alaska Halibut fillets (6 to 8-oz. each), fresh or thawed
- salt and pepper, to taste
说明:
- Heat oven to 425°F. Combine lime zest, cilantro, garlic, cumin and olive oil in small bowl.
- Season Alaska Halibut fillets with salt and pepper and coat with cilantro-lime mixture. Transfer fillets to spray-coated baking sheet/dish. Roast fillets about 8 to 10 min., cooking just until fish is opaque throughout.
