- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4-in. thick (about 1-lb.), cut into 4 pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut in half and thinly sliced (about 1c.)
- 1 c. Pace® Picante Sauce
说明:
- Heat half the oil in a 12-in. skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for 10 min. or until well browned on both sides. Remove the beef from the skillet. Pour off any fat.
- Reduce the heat to medium. Heat the remaining oil in the skillet. Add the onion and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir the picante sauce in the skillet. Return the beef to the skillet. Cook the beef for 2 min. for medium or until desired doneness.
