- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. butter
- 6 oz. dark chocolate baking bars, chopped
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. California golden raisins
- 4 oz. chocolate chips
说明:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt together in a bowl; set aside. In small pan over low heat, melt butter with dark chocolate and vanilla until chocolate is melted.
- In another bowl, beat eggs; add sugar and beat again. Then, add butter and dark chocolate mixture. Stir in flour mixture, raisins and one-half of chocolate chips. Spread in two 8×8-in. buttered baking pans and sprinkle remaining chips on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and cut each pan 4X4 to make 32 squares.
