原料:
- 3/4 c. canola oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. dried cherries
- 1/2 c. dried cranberries
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
说明:
- Preheat oven to 350°F In a large mixing bowl, combine canola oil, eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat ingredients until well mixed.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to canola mixture and stir until just combined.
- Stir in rolled oats, coconut, cherries, cranberries, almonds and chocolate chips. Mix well.
- Form dough into 1 in. balls and place about 2 in. apart on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake for 10-12 min. or until golden brown. Cool for 2 min. on baking sheet and then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
