2 lb. 16/20 shell-on Ocean Garden® Mexican Shrimp
2 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
1 c. olive oil

BLUEFIN COCKTAIL SAUCE:
2 c. chili sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire® sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco® sauce

MIGNONETTE SAUCE:
12 shallots, chopped
4 c. red vinegar
2 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp.black pepper
说明:
1.Clean shrimp and marinate with Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and olive oil for 24 hr. Skewer and grill over a hot flame until just cooked. Chill in a glass bowl over ice and serve with Bluefin Cocktail Sauce and Mignonette for dipping.
- For Bluefin Cocktail Sauce and Mignonette Sauce: blend all ingredients well in separate bowls and chill for at least 2 hr.
