- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1-1/2 to 2 lbs. Alaska King crab legs, thawed if necessary
- zucchini, red pepper and eggplant, sliced for grilling
说明:
- Melt butter with the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in garlic, thyme, and rosemary and remove from heat.
- Place Alaska crab legs shell side down on an oiled grill. Grill approximately 4 min., brushing with butter mixture until the crab is thoroughly heated through.
- Place vegetables on the grill. Brush with butter mixture and grill, turning occasionally until cooked through. Serve with remaining Provencal butter as a dipping sauce.
