原料:
- 1/2 lb. American Lamb boneless leg or shoulder, cut into 1 1/2 in. cubes
- 2 green peppers, cut in 1 1/2 in chunks
- 3 yellow onions, cut into 1 1/2 in. chunks
- 2 c. pineapple chunks, canned or fresh
- 2 c. Italian salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 8 skewers, soaked in water
说明:
- Alternately thread lamb, bell pepper, onion and pineapple onto 12-inch wooden skewers.
- Mix together salad dressing, mustard, pepper and garlic salt. Brush sauce on lamb kabobs.
- Broil 4 in. from heat source for 3 to 5 min. Turn and brush with sauce. Broil additional 3 to 5 min. or to desired degree of doneness.
