1-1/2 lb. boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut 1-1/2-in. thick
5-6 green onions, white part only, cut into 1-in. pieces

Marinade:
1/2 c. country Dijon-style mustard
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
4 tsp. bottled minced garlic or fresh crushed garlic
1 Tbsp. ground red pepper
说明:
- In large shallow bowl, combine marinade ingredients; whisk until blended. Remove and reserve 1/2 c. for basting. Trim fat from beef steak; cut into 1-1/2-in. cubes. Add beef to remaining marinade in bowl; toss to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 20 min.
- Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. Alternately thread an equal amount of beef and green onion pieces onto each of four 12-in. metal skewers.
- Place skewers on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 10-12 min. for medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness, basting frequently with reserved 1/2 c. marinade and turning occasionally. Serve immediately.
