Topper 1:
1 c. ( 3 oz.) shredded Wisconsin Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. mayonnaise or sour cream

Topper 2:
1/2 c. (2 oz.) crumbled Wisconsin Bleu cheese
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tsp. chopped chives
1/4 c. sour cream

Topper 3:
2 Tbsp. chopped pepperoni
1/4 c. (3/4 oz.) grated Wisconsin Romano cheese
1/4 c. (2 oz.) cream cheese
说明:
- For preparation of baked potatoes on your grill, clean and individually foil-wrap 12 potatoes. Place potatoes around edges of grill over hot coals. Cover grill and bake for 45 to 60 min. depending on number and size of potatoes.
- While potatoes are baking, mix ingredients for each topper in separate mixing bowls. When potatoes are done, carefully remove from the grill, cut open and give guests their choice of topper.
