- 4 ripe, medium Fresh California Avocados, seeded and peeled
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. good quality tequila
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. red onion, minced
- 2 tsp. serrano pepper, minced (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp. coarse sea salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
说明:
- In a bowl, mash avocados with lime juice, orange juice, and tequila leaving chunks of avocado if you like guacamole with texture.
- Add the garlic, onion, serrano, cilantro, salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with tortilla chips or a healthier option, jicama sticks.
