- 6 c. torn mixed salad greens
- 3 c. cubed seeded watermelon
- 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. crumbled feta cheese
- 1 dash cracked black pepper

- In large bowl, mix all ingredients except oil and pepper.
- Just before serving, toss salad mixture with oil. Garnish with pepper.
