原料:
- 3/4 lb. cooked peppered pork roast, cut into 1/2-in. cubes (see below)
- 6 c. mixed greens
- 1 15-oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 red onion, halved and then thinly sliced
- 2 ripe mangos, peeled and cubed (or 1 26-oz.) jar of mango slices, drained)
- 1/2 c. fruit-flavored vinaigrette dressing
- 2 Tbsp. steak seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. dried rosemary
说明:
- In large bowl, gently toss all ingredients with dressing. Serve on shallow salad bowls or dinner plates.
- Cubed Peppered Pork Roast:
- 2-4 lb. boneless pork rib-end roast
- 2 Tbsp. McCormick Montreal Steak spice blend
- 1-2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
- Rub roast with mixture of steak seasoning and rosemary.
- Roast in a shallow pan at 325°F for 45 min. to 1 1/2 hr., until internal temp. reaches 155°F.
- Let roast rest 5-10 mins. before carving.
- If mangos are hard to find, use 2 8-oz. cans mandarin orange segments, drained.
